We provide a home for faith-based content and offer families a place for uplifting, family-friendly entertainment that reflects their values.
Faith-based content was left out of entertainment for far too long.
As a producer with over 25 years’ experience in the television broadcasting and media industries, Tugo TV’s founder, a devout Christian, saw this firsthand. Faith content was treated as taboo, and something to be avoided by executives in the industry. We were always told, “Faith is like politics; don’t touch it.”
Faith-based creators struggled to get support and resources, and Christian families were left with few entertainment options.
Many in the industry were afraid to work on faith-based projects. Producers couldn’t get the help they needed to create quality faith-based content, and distributors wouldn’t air their work. Christian families looking for uplifting, faith-based, or family-friendly entertainment that aligned with their values were left with few options.
For the founder, a faithful Christian, this wasn’t just a professional challenge—it was personal. He understood how faith guides families, strengthens values, and inspires hope. Yet, in the entertainment industry, Christians were being overlooked.
The founder of Tugo TV worked to change this, dedicating over 30 years to funding, writing, producing and distributing faith-based content.
Thus began Tugo Media, an award-winning television and media company dedicated to creating high-quality programming rooted in Christian and family principles. Our productions—including Academy-nominated content—exceed international broadcasting standards and have reached hundreds of millions globally, ensuring that faith-based and family-friendly content is accessible worldwide.
But we knew we could do more, so we created Tugo TV.
With Tugo TV, we’re changing the narrative—faith is not a liability; it’s a strength.
Christians deserve quality entertainment that speaks to their beliefs and values, and all families (including secular families) deserve a safe space where they never have to second-guess what their kids might see.

In addition to faith-based content, we offer a variety of secular categories, all of which are family-friendly. We uphold a higher standard for what qualifies as “family-friendly,” ensuring our content is free from swearing (even if bleeped out), nudity, and any behavior that conflicts with our values—so you never have to worry about what your kids might see.
Tugo donates 10% of their annual earnings to churches, ministries and faith-based creators.
